This Special General Meeting (SGM) is being convened to:

• Hear from and select School Board Trustee candidates.
• Hear from and select Park Board Commissioner candidates.

A virtual option will be available for members who are unable to attend in person. Although attendance and active participation are encouraged, all members in good standing for at least 14 days will be able to cast votes at the SGM. 

Your SGM package, including the candidate bios and voting instructions, will be sent out prior to the meeting.
