All Candidates Debate for City Council candidates, hosted by the Carnegie Community Action Project (CCAP).

The Carnegie Community Action Project (CCAP) is a project of the board of the Carnegie Community Centre Association. CCAP works with community members on housing, income, and land use issues in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside (DTES) and Chinatown.

This event will take place in the heart of Vancouver's Downtown Eastside (DTES). Community members and the general public will be invited to observe.
